Dr. Samir Chatterjee is an internationally recognized scholar, a pioneer in the use of persuasive messaging for healthcare and a visionary in Telemedicine. He is also a thought leader in science of user-centered design. He is Professor & Fletcher Jones Chair of Technology & Design at Claremont Graduate University and has co-authored 1 book, over 140 peer-reviewed scientific journal and conference articles. He cofounded VoiceCore, a VoIP startup in 2001. Dr. Chatterjee’s research has been extensively funded by NSF, NIH and numerous private corporations. In 2015, he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement for his contributions to Design Science by Association for Information Systems community. In 2017 he was selected as Schoeller Senior Fellow 2017 by Dr. Theo and Friedl Schoeller Research Center for Business and Society in Nuremberg Germany. In August of 2017, Chatterjee has been chosen as a recipient of this year’s Mahatma Gandhi Pravasi Samman, an award given by NRI Welfare Society of India in recognition of the high accomplishments of Indians living outside of India.

Mike Agostinelli serves as the CIO for the Los Angeles County human services agency in support of older adults. His client base represents among the most challenging and diverse populations in the nation. He is focused on the delivery of scalable innovations to improve quality of life for this population. Mr. Agostinelli has deployed and managed enterprise class technology infrastructure, applications, networks and services. He has 25+ years of technology experience and applied technical knowledge in all aspects of enterprise computing, data security and technology management. He also founded and sold a successful technology services consulting company that currently supports the largest local government agencies in the U.S. Mr. Agostinelli has vast experience in Human Services Technology.
