Data Collection Suite
Simple & Intuitive
The patient facing data collection suite is a set of consumer accessible electronic devices paired with DCL Health’s BioLink™ mobile application to securely collect the patient’s vitals and symptoms on a daily or partial day basis. Patient’s vitals such as blood pressure, weight, and blood glucose are measured using DCL Health certified devices which connect via bluetooth. Data transmission utilizes cellular technology, WiFi or other internet pathway and is on-line in real-time. Symptom measurements include chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, swollen feet and custom feedback. Additional functionalities such as measurements display trending messaging, and notification are also available for the patient via BioLink™.

Predictive Modeling Engine
PME™ (Predictive Modeling Engine) is an Artificial Intelligence based system using neural networks that models the patient’s behavior and can predict blood-glucose levels 24 hours in advance. Each data point is analyzed using a rule-based expert system to compute a risk score. The DCL workflow framework informs healthcare providers of any possible relapse of a given patient. Warnings are rapidly distributed to the caregiver hierarchy as well as the patient to help avert fatal events. PST™ and PME™ together are a powerful means to lower cost of chronic disease management.
Persuasive Sensing
Persuasive Sensing Technology (PST™) combines FDA approval sensor data with the dynamic patient profile to deliver tailored instructions and motivational messages which stimulates behavioral improvements. PST™ goes far beyond anything in the market by analyzing the patient’s life events to determine and understand the causes of self-neglect. This is the key to successful outcomes for the patients.
The PST™ platform uniquely combines data from several FDA-approved devices as well as body-wearable sensors to provide a rich data set of the activity of the patient as it relates to diabetes self-management and CHF. Our software monitors patient’s BG levels, Blood Pressure, medication usage, physical and sedentary activity, sleep and stress levels and generates messages via simple texting or through MyHeart App as a feedback to alter patient behavior. Recent pilot trails at Loma Linda University Hospital has shown positive results in helping patients stay at home and not be readmitted.
