The MyHeart System platform uniquely combines data from several FDA-approved devices as well as body-wearable sensors to provide a rich data set of the activity of the patient as it relates to self-management of CHF patients. Our software monitors a patient’s weight changes, blood pressure, medication usage, physical and sedentary activity, and stress levels and generates messages via simple texting or through MyHeart App as a feedback to alter patient behavior. Pilot trials at Loma Linda University Hospital have shown positive results in helping patients stay at home and not be readmitted.
